Under the covered patio, you'll find an inviting outdoor living area with a fire table, creating the perfect setting for relaxed evenings after a day around Scottsdale. A charming bistro table for two makes an ideal spot for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, while foosball adds a little friendly competition.

The surrounding North Scottsdale area also offers an outstanding collection of golf courses, hiking, dining and entertainment.

Freshly renovated, thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well located, The Belmont on Blanche brings together modern Scottsdale style, private resort-inspired outdoor living and the convenience of Kierland—an ideal home base for families, couples, golf trips, extended stays and desert getaways.

Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes propane, available at a rate of $100 per night or $500 per week. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Strict No-Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinances, which are taken seriously and could lead to fines or listing removal.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the side RV gate access point. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only. There is a camera with the pool equipment that monitors the physical controls as it is explicitly forbidden to touch the pool equipment.

Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
