When Ric and Jen left their full-time jobs in 2020 to run the company, they brought a simple conviction: real people managing real homes create real experiences. Who We Are

Meet Ric & Jen

Ric and Jen are the duo behind Travli Hospitality Co., one of Scottsdale's leading short-term and vacation rental companies. They met in 2016, and a shared love of travel has taken them everywhere since the beaches of Bali and Cuba, the streets of London and Dubrovnik. Jen has traveled to nearly every corner of the globe; Ric caught the bug not long after they met. Together they make a natural team. All that time staying in short-term rentals gave them a clear picture of what works and what doesn't. Living like a local, in a real home, in a real neighborhood. That experience stuck. In 2020, they both left their full-time jobs to build that kind of stay for guests across Arizona, and Travli Hospitality Co. was born.

Co-founders go full time 2020
