The spacious primary suite features a private spa-inspired bathroom, while four additional guest suites each offer their own attached full bath, giving couples and families exceptional privacy.

THE OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE

E-dirt bikes are provided at the property, putting the rugged beauty of the Rio Verde Foothills and nearby Tonto National Forest within reach. Set out for a morning surrounded by cactus-lined trails, mountain scenery and wide-open desert, then return home and trade the adventure gear for a swimsuit.
E-dirt bike use is complimentary with your stay—no rental or usage fees.

Desert Vista isn't simply another Scottsdale-area vacation rental. It's your private luxury basecamp in the Sonoran Desert.

Pool & E-Bikes: Guests will be asked to complete a pool/spa safety waiver prior to arrival. E-dirt bikes are available for guests ages 13+ and require a separate waiver and $500 refundable deposit.

Parties & Noise: Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours and Scottsdale noise regulations. A Minut device monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio.

Security: Exterior security cameras, including a Ring doorbell, are used for occupancy and property security. There are no interior cameras.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.

Pets: Pets are generally not permitted, though exceptions may be considered in advance. Approved or unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 cleaning fee.

Late Checkout: Please request late checkout in advance when available. Unauthorized late departures may result in a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee.

Little Travelers: A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
