The Guys' Room delivers its own personality with a dramatic black brick accent wall, 55" Smart TV, private patio access, and direct access to the outdoor "Ivy" shower.

The Granada Grotto isn't just another vacation rental—it's one of Scottsdale's most memorable places to stay, thoughtfully updated to deliver an elevated experience while keeping the fun spirit that made it an icon.

The spa is heated at no additional charge. Pool heat is available during cooler months for $75/night or $400/week.

Guests must sign a pool safety waiver prior to check-in.

We enforce a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. Scottsdale noise regulations are taken seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.

This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.

For safety and occupancy compliance, the property has a Ring doorbell camera and may also use a Minut noise monitor. Minut measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

Pets are not typically permitted, but exceptions may be considered upon request. Approved or unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 non-refundable pet fee.

Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance.
