Pool heat is available during cooler months, extending your swimming season year-round. Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes propane, available at a rate of $100 per night or $500 per week. The spa is complimentary. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Strict No-Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinances, which are taken seriously and could lead to fines or listing removal.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the side RV gate access point. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only. There is a camera with the pool equipment that monitors the physical controls as it is explicitly forbidden to touch the pool equipment.

Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
