Inside, the home opens to a bright, open-concept living space where natural light fills the room and the layout invites connection. The main lounge offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating a welcoming spot for movie nights or relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale.

The updated kitchen provides everything needed for cooking and entertaining, with generous counter space, modern appliances, and easy access to the nearby dining area where guests can gather for shared meals and conversation.

The home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms that comfortably accommodate families and groups. Three guest bedrooms are located along the south hallway, offering flexible sleeping arrangements including queen beds and twin beds. Some rooms provide peaceful pool views, patio access, or built-in workspace areas for added convenience.

At the north end of the home, the primary suite serves as a private retreat featuring a king bed, direct patio access, and a beautifully renovated spa-style bathroom complete with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a glass walk-in shower.

Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heating is optional and available for an additional $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Parking Information:
No Garage Access – Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. EV Charging Available upon request.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy:
This property enforces a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY. The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and removal of this property from hosting platforms. Guests must respect the neighborhood and adhere to quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Security & Noise Monitoring:
For guest safety and occupancy verification, a Ring doorbell camera is installed and is used only for monitoring real occupancy and emergency situations. Additional exterior security cameras monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

The property is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels remain within reasonable limits. This system does not record sounds or conversations—it simply monitors decibel levels to promote a respectful and enjoyable stay for all.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
