Inside, the open-concept living area is anchored by a chef-worthy kitchen, complete with a full GE Monogram appliance suite, quartz island with seating for five, and a dedicated coffee bar. Please be advised that pool heating is available upon request at an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

This property strictly adheres to a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces stringent regulations on noise disturbances, which can result in fines and the potential delisting of this property from hosting platforms.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to help maintain acceptable noise levels. Please note that this system does not record sounds or conversations; it only measures noise levels in decibels.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other surveillance equipment or recording devices are present on the premises.
