Pool & Spa Heating Policy
This home features a private, heated swimming pool and an in-ground spa for your enjoyment. The spa is heated at no additional cost. The pool is also heated to a comfortable 88°F at no charge. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Zero-Tolerance Party Policy
Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in significant fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. We kindly ask that guests respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.

Security & Noise Monitoring
Ring Doorbell Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance to verify occupancy and is used exclusively for emergency situations.
Exterior Security Cameras: Additional cameras are installed above the garages for security monitoring.
Minut Noise Monitoring System: This property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. This system does not record conversations or sounds, maintaining guest privacy.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Pet Policy: Absolutely no dogs are allowed at this property. If a dog is found to have been on the premises at any point during your stay, a non-refundable $175 fee will be charged upon departure to cover additional cleaning and sanitation.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
