What if I accidentally cause damage to the property?

Accidents happen. If you accidentally damage the property, tell whoever is responsible for property maintenance as soon as possible. You will be expected to cover the cost of repairs.

Don't try to ignore or hide damage, as it could get worse and will only come out of your deposit at the end of the tenancy.
