Ric started Travli on one idea: put the hospitality back into short-term rentals. What began with a single Old Town Scottsdale home is now a growing portfolio of properties and an in-house team across Arizona.

Before Travli, Ric spent 21 years building and leading teams in executive auto sales, which is where he learned that service is the only thing that actually differentiates a business. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and co-founder Jen and their two sons.
