This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

The house was really clean and fresh, with gorgeous bathrooms, lovely living room and sitting areas
and a beautiful modern fully stocked kitchen.
The house has great amenities with an amazing game room and a stunning backyard and pool!
The house came with an abundance of clean towels and household supplies.
The host was really kind and accommodating to the finest detail!

We were especially excited about this house because it had a ping pong table and game room!  When we got there, the ping pong table was not together, and it was broken and had a bent bar.  The hosts responded quickly but said they would need to order the part to fix it.  Thankfully my son and husband were able to temporarily make it work, and we enjoyed using it!
The pinball machine also had an issue with the computer board.  We thought we got it to work, but one flipper never did, so we didn’t use that:(
We really did like the house and the welcoming space it provided!  We were a bit disappointed that it didn’t have foil or Saran Wrap, and especially salt.  The salt shakers were down to almost none.
I do appreciate the prompt communication and we did love the neighborhood!" (8/5)
